This is where members can individually log their training/workouts. This is a way of sharing how you train or diet, get suggestions from others on ways to improve, and get some motivation and cheers from the other members ( " Thanks Trish ! " Lars ).

Are you getting the physiological improvements you were after with your training programme ?
What do you do to make sure you don't lose all your hard-earned gains in the ' Off-Season ' ?
Does anyone deliberately de-train ? When would you use this and what can you tell others about this ?
We have all been guilty of overtraining at some time or other ... but let's together find ways to monitor and minimize this here ...
