    Sounds like a plan to me!
    My doc appointment is at 9:30 and I doubt it will be for more than an hour. We can plan on doing lunch if that will work for you both.
    I can always find some shopping to do before lunchtime.

    I am not sure what part of Wilmington you will be in, but we could maybe catch a bite over on the Riverwalk. There are some nice restaurants there with outdoor seating along the water.

Cardiac Summary
Prior to the heart attack I had participated in four marathons. After the heart attack a 5 way CABG was done on me. I have been in cardiac rehab for the past 90 days. My cardiologist has given me permission to get back to running. We have an agreement to run a marathon together in 2008.
