Venkat, it is understandable that sometime life gets in the way. There is only so much time, and posting weights is not really a priority.
But good to see you are doing well still.
I am sorry that I just kinda dropped out of this thread. I am in that phase of my career, where I am not able to keep up with all my social committments.
Sorry folks.
I however must report that my regime of weighing myself every Saturday still continues. I weighed myself in at 61 kgs two days before. So things are under control but nowhere near my target weight of being under 59 kgs.
I must also report that last week my book arrived by mail, which is "Racing Weight" by Matt Fitzgerald. A really nice book and just started reading it and hoping that i will be motivated by that book to acheive my goals.
Regards,
Venkat

For real, Trish.
I just finished a jar with a 'use by' date of 2004. Had a look in the back of a pantry and found a jar that expired in 2006, that's what I'm using now.

YOU GUYS DID AWESOME!!!!
I really am very impressed!!!
Don, as usual, you stepped up to the challenge.
And Tony and Richard---WOW! It took awhile, but you finally got the hang of the weight loss thing.
Steve and Rick---excellent!!!
Venkat--you got a late start posting and may have lost alot more in a 12 week total. But any loss is great!
Tom--another challenge is coming!!
Well done!!!!!
The new challenge will be starting April 1st.
I am thinking of just doing 8 weeks--until June 1st.
Not being so long might keep the interest up some of our dropouts.
.
Great Trish. June 1 is a great ending period. Maybe I'll be more svelte than Kevin when I see him and Jocelyn in Illinois!

Thanks Trish!! Just wanted to add my WELL DONE especially to Tony and Richard!!
They both started their learning how to lose in the "off season" ! Looking back at the last reported weights in the previous 12 week challenge, Tony was down 5 pounds at the beginning of this challenge and Richard started 4 pounds down!!So since the end of our previous challenge Tony has lost 16.8 pounds and Richard 12.5 pounds!!
Way to go guys!!
I on the other hand managed to gain 10 pounds without an official challenge going on so only am down 3 pounds since the end of the last challenge :o
