. yup...I've had plenty of those....it usually starts out with some cracks about a shark attack or alligator wrestling before finally coming around to the truth.

I've told people that I used to wear my heart on my sleeve and had surgery to correct it.

    SaS,
Welcome. Both of us have had a CABG and an ICD. When you talk about how the Super Loto winners have nothing on us I can agree. Every day I can put one foot in front of the other is a blessing. Does your ICD have a call home box?

Hi KCY1998, Nice to meet another CABG/ICD athlete. Your training schedule is really impressive! My ICD does not have a call home box. As a matter of fact, I am quite satisfied that it consistently does nothing at all. How long have you had yours? I have only had mine about 5 months so I am still getting used to it. I'm glad to see a person as active as you with a medical history so similar to mine. Cheers!
